What is the Proposed Graffiti Ordinance?
The proposed graffiti ordinance states that if an individual has in his or her possession a graffiti implement in a public place, or within 10 feet of an infrastructure, then the person can be presumed to intend to make graffiti and can be charged.

The violation would be a misdemeanor offense with the possibility of a fine between $50.00 - $500.00.
